For this “senior award”, Joanna Chisholm had to have her competence and reliability assessed and endorsed by client contacts supplying satisfactory written evidence. She also had to show detailed evidence that she had worked for at least three years at the advanced member level of the Society of Editors & Proofreaders (SfEP) as well as attended relevant training courses, for CPD (continuing professional development) purposes, during that period.
